Filter graph builder with programmingfriendly objectoriented pluginarchitechture.

Initially there's only one containerprogram (win32 gui) which is the filter designer itself. Plugins for saving & loading images (several formats) included.

Currently the project is in "early alpha" state, no (useful) application does yet exist.
